Social & Community
Outcomes
Distribution for work you already produce
Most content underperforms because it is published and then abandoned. Social is where it gets read.
Credibility that shortens sales cycles
Buyers check who you are before they reply. A thin or dormant profile costs you conversations you never learn about.
Founder and expert visibility
In professional markets, individual accounts consistently outperform company accounts. We build both, weighted toward the former.
Honest channel selection
If your buyers are not on a platform, we will tell you not to be on it either.
What we build
Channel strategy based on where your buyers actually are, which is usually fewer places than a full-coverage plan assumes.
Founder and expert profiles — positioning, cadence, and a workflow that turns their thinking into posts without consuming their week.
Content adaptation from long-form material into platform-native formats, rather than posting links and hoping.
Community engagement in the places your buyers already discuss their problems — industry groups, forums, Slack and Discord communities. Useful and often skipped because it does not scale neatly.
Employee advocacy structure where your team is willing, which extends reach at no media cost.
Measurement against profile visits, inbound conversations and pipeline where attributable — not follower counts.
How it works
Weeks 1–2 — Audit and strategy. Current presence, competitor and category analysis, channel selection, positioning for company and individual accounts.
Weeks 2–3 — Setup. Profile optimisation, content pillars, calendar, and an approval workflow that does not become the bottleneck.
Ongoing — Production and engagement. Posting, adaptation, community participation, monitoring, iteration on what performs.
Where this applies
Strongest where buyers research publicly and where individual credibility influences the purchase — professional services, B2B software, consulting.
Weakest where the purchase is transactional and buyers never look you up. Paid and search serve those better.
How we scope and price
Monthly retainer scoped by channel count, posting cadence, and how much founder or expert support is involved. Quoted after an audit. Community engagement is time-intensive and priced accordingly — it is the highest-effort, highest-trust element and we would rather scope it honestly than under-resource it.
Frequently asked questions
Wherever your buyers are, which for most B2B is LinkedIn plus possibly one industry-specific channel. Being present on six platforms badly is worse than two done well.
Both, weighted toward people. Individual accounts get materially more reach in professional networks, and buyers trust a named person over a logo.
Consistently rather than frequently. Two or three good posts a week sustained beats daily posting that stops after a month.
We draft from their thinking — interviews, notes, existing material — and they approve. Posts invented without their input read as inauthentic, and their audience notices before you do.
Profile visits, inbound conversations, and pipeline where your CRM supports attribution. Follower count is the least useful available metric and we do not report against it.
In niche markets, often more than posting. Being useful where your buyers already discuss their problems builds trust that broadcast content does not. It does not scale, which is exactly why it works.
