Data in transit
This website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. Data submitted through the contact form is transmitted over encrypted connections to our email delivery provider.
Access control
We work on a least-privilege basis: people and systems get only the access they need, and access to client environments is granted per engagement and removed when it ends. Specific controls for a paid engagement are set out in that engagement's agreement.
Client data and AI systems
When we build AI systems, client data is used to deliver the engagement and is not repurposed. We do not use client data to train third-party foundation models without explicit permission. Data handling, retention and model-training terms are agreed per engagement.
Infrastructure
The site runs on managed cloud infrastructure, and relies on that platform's own security controls for the layers it operates. We do not claim any compliance attestation held by a provider as our own.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in this site or our services, please report it to info@nexiour.com before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will acknowledge legitimate reports and keep you updated.

This page does not claim any specific certification, audit or compliance status. Where a certification exists it will be named explicitly, with its scope; the absence of a claim means we are not asserting one.
